Foxteq India was incorporated on 7 July 2005 and is engaged in sale of computer related components,spares and accessories and rendering of warranty/after-sales services including repair services. Foxteq India as a part of its business majorly imports components/spares from its group entities for the purpose of supplying to the end customers on requirement basis.

• Hon Hai Precision Industry Company Limited is the anchor company of Foxconn Group established in the year 1974 and headquartered in Tucheng, New Taipei, Taiwan. Foxconn Group is a multinational group that provides joint-design, joint-development, manufacturing, assembly and after-sales services for global Computer, Communication and Consumer electronics ("3C") leaders. It is the world's largest maker of electronic components.
• Foxteq India is a part of Foxconn Group. Its equity share capital is majorly held by Foxteq Holdings Inc.,Cayman Islands (ultimately held by Hon Hai Precision Industry Company Limited). Accordingly, Foxconn Group entities shall constitute Foxteq India's AEs by virtue of common control and capital.
• During FY 2016-17, Foxteq India has undertaken international transactions with its AEs.
